Why We Like Them
In the Placewares kitchen, we use our mats not just for baking. While we like them for baking mats that keep our use of single-use sheet liners like parchment paper and aluminum foil to an absolute minimum, we also reach for these for various kitchen tasks like laying and out and freezing fresh berries or asparagus before bagging and storing to avoid them clumping in a frozen mass.
