Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Pans. We hand carried our first Yanagi stainless steel pans back from Tokyo over multiple business trips. We love cooking with them as well as looking at them. We’re known to leave one on the cooktop just to look at it. Winner of the Good Design award.
The stainless steel lid can be rotated over the dual pan’s spout that provides adjustable gaps to allow excess liquid pour outs or to prevent boiling over. The cast iron pan with stainless lid features handy spouts on either side of the pan for both easy pourings of contents as well as easy handling regardless whether one is right or left handed.
